CPS drop case of GBH with intent

Oxford Crown Court – October 2015.  Client accused of GBH with intent and at start of trial CPS offer no evidence and accept a minor offence of threatening words and behaviour.  Client immediately released and Judge comments that case should have been properly considered by Crown.  Client had served equivilent to a year sentence on remand
